Create Your Account

Your institution's career centre will send you an activation link to your official school email. Click the link, set your password, and you're in.

Use your official matriculation email address

Your matric number becomes your platform ID

If you didn't receive the link, check your spam folder or contact your career centre

Complete Your Profile

Set your career goal, enter your current CGPA, and select your area of interest. This takes about 3 minutes and powers all your personalised recommendations.

Be honest about your CGPA — recommendations are based on it

You can update your career goal at any time

Add your LinkedIn or portfolio link for better visibility

Take the Career Assessments

Complete the 24-question personality test and the 30-scenario interest inventory. Combined, they take about 15 minutes and unlock your full career map.

Your roadmap is a step-by-step plan showing exactly what to do each semester — courses to take, skills to build, internships to apply for, and certifications to earn.

Understanding Your Employability Score

Your Employability Score (shown on your dashboard) is calculated from 6 factors:

Career assessments completed20 pts

Career goal & roadmap active15 pts

Internship or work experience25 pts

Portfolio or project linked20 pts

AI Advisor engagement10 pts

Certification or professional membership10 pts

A score above 70 means you're career-ready. Below 50 in your final year will flag you for counsellor intervention — so work on all six areas throughout your studies.

Privacy & Your Data

Your career assessment results and AI Advisor conversations are private. Your career counsellor can see your employability score and roadmap progress, but not your individual AI conversations. Your data is processed under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. See our Privacy Policy.
